They had note about this just prior to being down. They said something about maintanence since 1AM EST but they did not mention when they will be up. My guess - in the morning.

i was able to log in.. go to 5dimes.com.. then top right help, then I was able to log in...

Its up now guys. They did have a note about maintenance.
