In praise of an honest sportsbook!
I play at Olympic a fair amount, but for some reason haven't checked my "unsettled bets" amount for the last six months.

I did check it yesterday while betting some WNBA, and, to my surprise, found an "unsettled bet" from Feb 4th NBA, a bet for $330 to win $300.

I apparently didn't notice it at the time. I must have been really rich in February.

I e-mailed Olympic customer service last night, and this morning I find Wally has added $660 to my account.

Great book, really. They have their ways, as do we all, but they do try and do the right thing, which is far more than I can say for some.

I'm glad they corrected the issue promptly for you Peep, however it is disturbing that they let it slip through the cracks for that long.

LOL. Misgrades happen, part of sportsbetting.

MUCH MORE disturbing to me I COULD LET IT slip through the cracks for that long!

Is that how far online gambling has fallen? That we are excited when the site actually does what it is supposed to.

          Shouldn't he of added $630 .

Out of the A+ books this one has always been the hidden gem. Still a lot of guys haven't tried them. Smaller players were not on their radar until a few years ago. But nowdays there as good as any A+ book.

Yeah, he added $630. My $330 and the $300 I won.

I as suprised about what you say about "a lot of players haven't tried them". I would think a lot of recreational players would be quite comfortable there. A lot of offerings and they pay fast.

I found an old Arena football bet from February that was never graded. Unfortunately, it was a loser so Wally didn't add anything to my account

In my 10+ years of betting online, never had a book not grade a bet before. 5 months? That's unforgivable. I would withdraw my money ASAP.

The thing I found most shocking about this post is that he bet on the WNBA.

                      I like betting Beaverball.

I am even a royal member or somesuch, I get to see the games live on the internet, which really helps for betting second halves.

Only places I can find to bet second halves so far are Pinny, Oly, CRIS and 5D. Anyone know of anyone else who posts them?

the book is great, but it takes them 7 business day to process a bankwire. pinnacle does it in 1-3 days.

Pinny should have a course on how to run a sportsbook. It should be available in all the universities in costa rica. then we wouldnt have crappy books left and right.

I really like The Greek Sportsbook, but why don't they upgrade the interface, just a little? i feel like I'm playing Space Invaders on my Atari when I log in to the sports betting section with the 80s style graphics. Actually, I don't even mind the graphics but I wish I could change the start times to eastern, and be able to bet round robins online.

Pinny is far from perfect. They don't even have a 800 number for phone in bets. I mean this is the 21st century, you can offer both.

They don't offer IF bets either. And when you do a parlay the lines are always worse.
