The answers your seeking do not exist sir. However, their are a few books out there that accept Paypal as a payment option still.

Paddypower (SBR Rated B+)
Bwin (SBR Rated C+)
Ladbrokes (SBR Rated A)
Bet365 (SBR Rated A-)

A few books in the usa accepts paypal as a deposit. don't really want to say on here, because well it would be stupid.

if you deposit through paypal you got to be prepared for the worst though, them closing your account if they see you are doing gambling transactions, will they ever find out? I doubt it.

if you have a Paypal DC you can register the card in your Moneybookers account and use it as a funding source. Not sure but worth trying.

Paypal only alows transaction to bookies that are legal- UK and aussie books
As for americans paypal only good for shoping in ebay
