I wanted to make sure I offered a big thanks to Alex and his team for accommodating me in a difficult situation. Alex worked with his team and went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and for that he deserves a big thanks.
I had a trying situation a few days back that could have been a bad experience with BetOnline. But after contacting Alex, he worked his magic and came up with a resolution that worked for both parties. Having only been on these forums for a week I don't know all the backstory but I can certainly empathize with his and BetOnline's "growing pains". The misunderstanding stemmed from a customer service mixup, which can easily be fixed but the overall BOL experience was fine.
So while I was initially frustrated and sure that my money would forever remain on BetOnline with me having no way to get to it, I can say that as of today everything has been paid out. Once Alex was involved, it was painless for the most part. I can honestly say that I would/will use them in the future based on how this whole situation was handled.
