I wanted to make sure I offered a big thanks to Alex and his team for accommodating me in a difficult situation. Alex worked with his team and went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and for that he deserves a big thanks.

I had a trying situation a few days back that could have been a bad experience with BetOnline. But after contacting Alex, he worked his magic and came up with a resolution that worked for both parties. Having only been on these forums for a week I don't know all the backstory but I can certainly empathize with his and BetOnline's "growing pains". The misunderstanding stemmed from a customer service mixup, which can easily be fixed but the overall BOL experience was fine.

So while I was initially frustrated and sure that my money would forever remain on BetOnline with me having no way to get to it, I can say that as of today everything has been paid out. Once Alex was involved, it was painless for the most part. I can honestly say that I would/will use them in the future based on how this whole situation was handled.

Betonline is good from my experience, sorry u think they are sh-it but i like there lines, there steady bonus regardless of when u cash, new poker room(could use a few tweeks), incentives, and now faster payouts for less $.

I am glad to hear that betonline is a good site. A friend of mine deposited via **...(Min 50, where as most sites its 100 or even 300 minimum). He won a parlay for 2300...he lost 200 dollars in the casino and then requested a check for 2000 and got the check about 28 days later in the mail. So i am pleased to announce i will be depositing on this site and i hope i have the same expierience. I have heard some bad things about the site but i have heard most of the bad things get fixed and people do get their money...Please post good things about the site to ensure my confidence.

we see less and less complains about betonline, i have never had any problems with betonline, they have the same odds as 5dimes in many sports, and pays faster (ewallet).
Some people tryed to tell me in this forum that i would loose(got stolen) my money with betonline, and that it was a sinking ship, we only see signs of the opposite.

dont forget they most likely they has millions of happy customer, that arent in this forum.... so the impression u have gotten here is wrong.
