Cheated by Bet at Home
Hi, I am going to tell you what this shit of bookie have done with one of my bets:
The bet was about the number of the tshirt of the topgoalscorer in Eurocup, if it was going to be odd or even, finally David Villa was the winner and the result was ODD, the same that me and my friends chose.
Firstly I want to say that some betmates did this bet before me, and others betmates did this bet after me.
The problem is that some days after placing the bet, it was cancelled in my account but it was set lost in my friends accounts.
We all wrote some emails to Betathome and they sent an email to all of us telling that after finishing the Eurocup they would set the bet with the correct result and they would pay if they had to. In the mail that my friends received was written "the bet will stay as lost until the end of the Eurocup" and in the email I received was written "the bet will stay as cancelled until the end of the Eurocup. Ok, at the end of the tournament the bet was correct and they paid all users except me !!!!
I asked why, and they told me that it was like this because my bet was cancelled while my friend´s bet was lost at the beggining and they couldn´t use this money and I could. They also told me about their rule A - 7 concerning if there is a mistake they can cancel any bet, ok I agree with that, all bookies can do that, BUT, if they cancel a bet due to a mistake ( it´s supossed to be a translation mistake in our case ) they should cancel the same bet in ALL CUSTOMERS, not only in mi case !!!!
I have tried a lot of times via chat and emails to get an answer about why my bet was treated in different way than my friends but they can´t explain it, they just say to me that it was cancelled due to a translation mistake and this is why they are not going to pay me. Ok, but why just in my case ???? I think they should pay me because my bet was correct, and I did the same as my friends ( and they got their money ), exactly the same, there is no motive to cancel my bet and not to cancel the others bet.
I have got every email I´ve sent and received from them, and I have got some pictures of my friends bet that certify my story.
What do you think ?
