    SBGGLOBAL Payout Service Much Improved
Though I rightfully ripped SBG apart for taking a full week to get me a mere 300 last time, while they charge an absurd me, and repeatedly failed to answer my simple direct question of when exactly will I get paid, their payout service has vastly improved since last time. Thus, as well as I can voice my displeasure when the service moans, I can give props when the service sings.

Requested 750 this time, and was able to put it in my pocket in 2 days. That's still not same day, or next day, however, much better than taking a full week. Was going to really slam them again if they took a week again this time, especially when they boast fast "industry standard" payouts on their site. No way if payouts take a week there, that they can back such a bold statement. Happy to report receiving payout within 48 hours. I'll take the bow since I turned a 30 gift card, into a 28 deposit after fee, was up to 42, then down to 10. Yep, 10 bucks. Put the 10 on a BoSox run line, and then had 24. From there, turned the balance into 812 minus payout fee equals 750 home [graded wagers on how I turned 10 into 812 available upon request].

SBG still offers the best deposit options for me, which includes being able to request person-to-person transfers and using prepaid gift cards online myself, without having to speak with anyone. Though they charge a hefty fee on the back-end, I credit them for picking up the fee on any deposit of 50 or more on the front-end. And, they do offer a true dime line on MLB, which is better than most.

As far as them being on the Blacklist, can't really argue that until they make good on giving back what they stole. If their reputation means anything to them, if they're a successful Book and want to get off the Blacklist, then they must keep their word on all confirmed wagers they accepted at agreed upon terms. Makes me feel uncomfortable using a Blacklisted Book, however, for someone who deposits 50 and is happy to make that into 500, I'm solid on SBG. I could see giving them a D+ rating now.

Since I used SBG before they were on the Blacklist, I'm grandfathering me in to still use them. I've always gotten paid, and as long as I can get paid within 48 hours, they'll have no complaints from me on that. Otherwise, I would never use a Book on SBR's Blacklist ... NEVER!

For now, from me to SBG

It's always good to get feedback, especially when it isn't what you would expect.

You are one of the lucky ones who haven't been robbed from this scam book, stole from me and have stolen from countless others over the years.

Anyone can say anything about anyone online. I'll presume if they stole from "countless others," then this thread will load up with hundreds of victims to share their specific details (feel free to include yourself) on exactly how this place got away with stealing countless amounts of cash, hasn't had their gaming license revoked, and isn't flat out rated an F. I can attest however, that on countless sports wagers they accept, SBG does steal the change into their own pockets, which I've never seen done by any other Book. Really one of the worst things I dislike about them, so I can agree with you to that point for now.

Just sharing and going by my own personal expriences. SBG would be rated a C by me right now. I wouldn't ever give then an 'A' as long as they continue to pocket everyone else's loose change to the tune of untold thousands of dollars. They wouldn't get a 'B' due to their lousy horse track service, and for charging deposit fees on under 50, and minimum sports wager 10, and no comp for your play, and still no same/next day payout service. Not to mention they offer some of the worst customer service around, so with that couldn't even give them a C+.

They're a 'C' - AVERAGE - not the best, not the worst, at least in 4seasons' book.

Here are the unfortunate people who have contacted SBR with issues with this scam operation, with this many complaints imagine the people that have no idea SBR exists.

They are rated D- here but should be a solid F

Justin7 who commented in this thread handled my dispute and called it outright theft what they did to me.

As Trident notes, SBG has problems and incidents going back nearly a decade. Even for embattled Americans, there are still quite a few options better than a site with multiple no pays, slow pays and outright theft.....

It's like the mafia paying out on a winning numbers bet. Occasionally they have to make it look good.

They are a 100% crap book. The reason you get paid is because you have probably lost a lot more than they have paid you. So that is why they are inclined to throw you a bone every once and a while.

Give it time, you will change your tune if you keep tempting fate

Paid out 5 figures on NFL teasers for me last year, all free payouts $2500 at a time without any problem.

Their reputation may suck but with +200 3 team NFL teasers I was willing to take a shot

Just want to give them some more positive feedback i had my money within 3 days of the requested date (and that even includes the weekends) i requested it on Thursday night had bit monday morning.

I love doing their teasers on there, and to me they have pretty good customer service. I know they have had major problems in the past, however it seems like they are trying to make steps to make them a top of the line book.
