how many sportsbook give credit lines?

besides creditwagering and blackdog , any other sites give a credit line to try them out?

The only other book that extends credit lines that I know of to posters is Jazz. However you have to have very excellent credit in order to even be considered, and even then you only like a 50/50 chance from what I hear.
