Hi all,
I have been a customer about a year with 10Bet.
They have cancelled about 10 "livebets" for me altogether.
All of them with the same excuse: "Dear customer, your bet was cancelled due to a goal scored during placing the bet"
If you ever have played livebets at 10Bet, you know they are exceptionally slow in confirming a bet. As a rule it takes often 1-2 min. before you see your bet is "accepted" in a green colour. A short while before you get that message, you can see that the betting amount has been charged from your account(!).
Everyone understand they have a lot of procedure problems
because of this.
1) Why do they use so long time for confiming a bet? I don´t know any other Bookie using more than 30 sec. When your bet has been accepted, the odds maybe has changed. That´s not fair!
2) It´s obvious they can manipulate the bets, as they have done for me. In at least five (5) of my cancelled livebets, I know my bets were cancelled AFTER my bets were settled and AFTER a goal was scored - no doubt about that as I saw the (soccer-) matches live on TV.
3) The most crucial part for 10Bet is to prove their legal right when they cancel bets, with the excuse I told you in the beginning. For me it´s very hard to believe they have any chance at all to defend that point of view if taken into court.
4) I see just three legal reasons to cancel a livebet: 1) If the odds are mixed up ( 1.50 3.50 6.70 instead of 6.70 3.50 1.50),
2) If there is an OBVIOUS typing error: Odds 20.0 instead of 2.0 f.e. 3) If you place a bet AFTER a goal has been scored and the Bookie forgot to change the odds. I accept a cancellation in type of case, even if it´s not "crystal clear".
I have a pending dispute with 10Bet about the "most critical" cancelled bets from their side. I made the complaint via "IBAS" 1.5 months ago, and still not a word from 10Bet(!).
Amazing! - or maybe not, as they just don´t have any winning arguments in this battle.
"Of course" this is not only my problem, and I really want
10Bet to adapt to other Bookoies regarding livebetting. They have to realize their current solution is not legal.
Maybe SBR can help me with this dispute, as I don´t feel 10Bet will give me any answer at all.
Thanks!
Peter
