    Hello. my problem is very simple:

    On Monday, 28 Apr I requested my first withdrawal from Bet365. (100 €)
    Hence I deposited with a ********** I was obliged to withdraw through Bank Wire method.

    So I waited patiently 7-10 working days, tough I find ridiculous to wait so many days for a wire transfer in UE while bookies like gamebookers, bwin, interwetten pay you trough bank wire in 3 business days, but Ok, rules are rules.

    Now after 2 weeks my money have not arrived

    i believe 5th May was a banking holiday in UK so that day won't count but i assume you should get the money over this week, that amount is nothing to them

      I assume that you have sent in all the documentation they have requested? If not thats most likely the problem right there sir.

        Yes Sir, I sent them ID when requested, phone verification and letter verification.
        They answered:
        Thank you for your email.


        Please be advised that today is the 9th working day, as Monday 5th May
        was a UK bank holiday.

        If the funds are not with you tomorrow please contact us back and we can
        initiate a trace on this payment.

        In order to do this please can you confirm the bank details we hold for
        you:

        * Bank name
        * Bank address
        * Account number
        * Swift (BIC)/routing number
        * Account Holder's Name

          I think there is holidays problem, in my country there was a many holidays, maybe in your country also there were holidays?

            Well you were right. 5th May did not count for them as a working day. But today was the 10th day and I haven't received the withdrawal.

            Is not the 100E I'm worried about, is the rest of my money having in the betting acount

            After contacting their customer support, they answered:
            ...Thank you for your email.

            I can confirm that we have initiated a trace on the missing withdrawal,
            Once we have received further details regarding your payment we will
            contact you again....
            But I don't understand how the system works,
            Where could the money go if not in my bank account??

              Odds are that some of the information on the wire is wrong. If so, the money effectively sits in limbo for about 2 weeks before being returned to the sender. They'll figure out what happened.
