Goldvictory stole my winnings- 459 euros

I have opened an account with Goldvictory 2-3 weeks ago, provided all my documentation and details... Placed a few bets and wanted to withdraw my money to see how quick it is. I have now been informed that I have committed fraudulent activity and my account has been locked.
Reason given multiple bets from different account. I have got no friends whom I know have even heard of the company. I cannot prevent someone from placing a bet on the same event that i am placing , they have given me no reason whatsoever why they have done it.
I have two laptops one i use at home other at work , I probably have placed one or two bets from work. Even that will not cause a conflict as we are only 6 guys on that server and line and none of them gamble.
I called Goldvictory , the guy informed me its under investigation,,, by the time i reached home i see an email saying that they have enough evidence and hence closed my account prior to that I had full access to my account. SO within an hour, account status changed from under investigation to being satisfactorily considered a fraudulent account even when i was told fraud department was closed.
This is the last time I am going to deal with any MALTESE book.
I know experienced posters over here will not see that as a smart move and I should have stayed with A rated books, but the odds on O/U in football were good so I got tempted.
Since sending emails back and forth they have refunded my original deposit of 100 euros minus 4 euros citing transaction fees. Still the remaining money is what they are not willing to return.
I have filled in the complaint form , any advice or help is most welcome and to everyone who thinks I was an idiot made a mistake,I openly admit should have never gone into that book.
