    5Dime's Cashout Policy
I've been a 5Dimes member for about 2 years now and I just have to say that as much as I like the layout of the site and the new reduced juice up to $500 wagering their cashout policy really downgrades the quality of this book IMO.

What I"m talking about is their policy of being forced to cashout via the same deposit method. I personally have been using click2pay to fund my account, and while click2pay is good for depositing I do not want to have to cashout from 5Dimes to click2pay then have to deal with click2pay to send me a check. I want to put money into 5Dimes, win, then be able to cashout via whatever method I choose (which would be them fedex-ing me a check). Now I understand that maybe this shouldn't be "allowed" for a free withdrawl but even if I offer to pay the $30 fee they still will not allow me to cashout via fedex which is absolutely ridiculous.

By speaking with a manager I've been able to convince them to let me get it via fedex but yesterday they told me this is the last time I will be allowed to cashout via fedex which is now forcing me to look for a new sportsbook, but the fact remains that if you're willing to pay the $30 fee they should be willing to let you cashout via whatever method they offer.

Opinions? Anyone else been through a similar situation?

Right or wrong most books have this same policy. So I'm kind of surprised that they allowed you to request an alternative method in the first place sir.

What's the reasoning behind the policy? If I am willing to pay the transaction cost, which I'm assuming is covering whatever costs they're incurring, then why shouldn't I be allowed to cashout via whatever method I desire?

When are you people going to learn how to play the deposit/cashout game.

          1. Deposit by any method you wish ex Click2pay.

          2. If you want to withdraw via another method DEPOSIT via that method Ex. ** them some money.

          3. Now you have Deposited via ** and when you go to withdraw ask for the **.

          4. There should be no problems. I have done this at many books (5dimes isn't one of them mind you) with no problems.

I am just guessing here, but perhaps it has to do with the fees charged to a book.

For example, if I was click to pay, I would want to have your money on hand so I could draw interest on it or invest it or whatever. However, if you decided to place the money at 5 Dimes, I would make a deal to charge no fees or a small fee with the book if they would guarantee they would only allow you to withdraw the money from their book via Click2pay. Which would mean more money for me.

That is all I could think of off the top of my head. Perhaps someone will know more.
