Am I ever going to get my money off bodog?!?

I want to withdrawl so I filled out all the papers they asked...found somewhere to fax them wait 48 more hours and I finally hear this from them...

Unfortunately the photocopies of your photo ID and credit card are too dark for us to verify.Please recopy and refax your photo ID and the front and back of your credit card, using a lighter setting, and ensure that your account number is accompanied with the fax.

When I copied them they were crisp color the same as what they looked like in real life...and I have no way to "lighten" them...

what can I do here?

Scan them, then lighten the documents on the computer, then print it out lighter, then fax them. Or go to your nearest copy shop and have them copy your info under a lighter setting. Or take your copies to the copy shop and have them fax it under a lighter setting. Hell, send about 4 or 5 sets to Bodog, each one lighter than the last one. Eventually one of them will work.
