Can anyone tell me the diffrence between the two? Is one better than the other? and what is rollover(4x or 8x)?

Some places have restrictions ont he free play money so you have to read the T&C. Bookmaker for example won't let me bet large dogs in most sports with the free play money. Roll over is (deposit+bonus+fees) x RO. If you deposit $100 get a 30% bonus (30) and they reimbust you $20 for ** your roll over at 5x RO then you must bet $750 before a withdrawal can be made.
