I have used BetPhoenix and Betrevolution, they both accept **, I have never withdrawal from betphoenix, but i did on betrev, but it was just around 200 bucks so it was not much not sure if they will have problems with larger amounts...

Any advice from ppl when picking up **? is it better to use my name or tell a friend of mine to pick it up?
