The Jazette family of books are currently having some processing woes these days. So my guess this falls under that type of issue. You want to give them another call tomorrow and follow up on your troubles.

Bad form sportsbook.com

Made a withdrawl in November of 08...got my check in Jan of 09....deposit into bank....as of 01/26/09 Bank pulled funds saying it was a fraud check charged me a fee.....poor customer service from sportsbook.com giving me the run around for 6 weeks now....I urge nobody use sportsbook.com and if you have money withdrawl and hopefully you can get your money. sportsbook.com replies with the same anser everytime I call/email/live support them....we are checking with our processor.....hmmmmm 6 weeks to pick up a phone/send a email and not get a resonse or an answer on why it bounced and when i can get my money. Needless to say still waiting and be warned it can happen to you!!! STAY AWAY FROM SPORTSBOOK.COM

Welcome to the board Probaddy. Players are reporting their checks bouncing and getting new checks that also bounce. A couple even reported the third try bouncing. We don't know when a good time to get out will be but we can request they credit you for the fees.

Yeah having them recredit money back into there account is a no go for me.....dont think I want them to have another cent of my hard earned money...but i do appreciate the fast reply and the helpful advice

I stopped using sportsbook.com over a year ago. I will never use those guys again. Anytime I get a promo in the mail from them. I throw it right in the garbage. I hope you guys all get your $$$..And move on from sportsbook.com...gl

I had it happen to me as well as a friend... I took care of both.. I should be a mod now...

The CS Reps. are hard as f*ck to understand so I advise to ALWAYS try and get a manager on the line... The managers understand what's going on and the CS Reps. are doing what they can to communicate and get lost in details... Some are terrible but I feel bad because I can tell they are trying... They will offer you bank wire or UMWallet if this happens to you... I had some bounce and some clear.. The bank also thought the checks were frauds but came to realize they were real but drawn on a closed account...

As long as you know you are getting paid it's not a big deal... Sh*t happens and they refund all charges that you were charged...

I have been around a while and through this more then once so the best advice I can give you is to NOT over react and treat it like a normal transaction...

Received a check made out bu centurion payment systems which bank would not accept.
Called and emailed sportsbook and was told to fax to them which i did.
2 weeks and just keep getting stalled.

I've had the same issue with the check bounce, still waiting for the image from the bank to fax to Sportsbook and hope like heck they actually do something about it besides sending another check that gets me accused of counterfeiting :/

If anybody finds a solution to getting their money, I would love to hear about it. I have more in their hands than I'm comfortable with at this point.
