They are calling this past post..The exa for the 9th race came in played the wager before the 8th race at AQU..Called them later that day and then they said sorry sir you never gave us the read back..well if thats the case why was there even a race number you would think the clerk would not even have a race ticket number.. why just this winning play?? ..They have my cell fuk they could of called me..$500 is alot of money for them to out right take from me..any horse player knows its very hard to win

Santo, Regardless what the tape says there was a ticket to my wager..That means they took my wager and moved on..It won they freaked and screwed me ..

Here the thing guys This sportsbook must spend thousands of dollars on there addvertising..I must of got 100 of there sportbooks book in the mail..I said to myself ok i send them $500 and give them a chance..No, i hardly go online to look at sportsbooks nor even play online..Everything was great i was lossing and i was this sportsbook best friend..The one winning wager i make and bamn..You nerve player winning !! Customer appears to have had some disputes regarding some horse wagers.

We have discussed with our Racebook Department. They stated that a $100 was credited to customers account which is more than the customer would have one on any given wager.

I'm sorry I do not have further details but I would like you to direct the customer to Mike at extension 3207 who will gladly discuss the matter further with this customer.

Hi Justin,

It looks like they are having problems with check processing. A few players reported "Couriered Checks Waiting Manager Authorization." It looks like they offered you a wire at one time. Have you tried to pursue that?

We will look into this. It seems there are a couple of issues going on and the first step is to get their explanation. I don't know how you get a ticket number and then say it was not a confirmed bet unless the go back and look for a reason to reverse it.

Thank you for looking into this..Simple fact first off i should of never played at betus..call heritage sports when you learn my name..I played horses there for 6 years and not once did i have a problem..infact i should of never had a problem at betus..

The wager ticket number as seen here in this thread comes after you make you wager and its confirmed. What that means is simple..the clerk hits the confirm wager and i hang up the phone and i got action..what they are saying is i was told that i do the confirm part wrong before..who knows i have no reason to be a shot taker there betting $10 wagers.The fact is they cancle my wager after it won and never would of reverse the action and gave me my money back if it lost..infact not untill i won did they start the void policy..Clearly there no defence they out right robbed me. I am asking everyone who ever wagered at betus call them and tell them you like to hear the read back of all your plays..You might be do money back from them if you did not do the read back right.

Well we have a update and a war


Pete at EOG did get a hold of betus and they claim i never gave the read back right is valid..My point is if the wager was voided after the race then infact betus is the shot taker here..Pete is outright calling me a scammer like i was going to call betus and ask for my $28 back.. I was on the phone for 4 minutes with the clerk and at work while talking about horse action(we are sick people us gamblers) I have played the ponies for 5 years at heritage and never had this problem..Clearly betus is the shot taker here if they voided the wager after the race..

We need to hear that tape. If it is as Pete said, that you failed to confirm the bet, I'm afraid you will be out of luck.

It is odd that the bet shows up in your account. If it was canceled by the clerk it normally will not show up in your pending. Maybe the book did take a shot. But if you placed the bet but failed to confirm it on the read back you left yourself open. Before we go there we would need to hear the tape.

Hmm possibly. Its very odd. If the clerk cancelled the bet because of the unconfirmed read back, how does it show up as pending?

The first thing to do is to establish 1)the read back 2)the bet indeed showed as pending.

If those pan out as described one would wonder how the book knew to go back to this account and void the bet? Did the book make note to cancel the bet if it won? Would they go through that trouble for $28?

Thanks John for your thoughts here..I played a few horse plays not just this winning play..Simple fact if there is a blame its me..I (anyone who has family or and working knows all about this) could not focus on the phone call as i should of.I was at work doing other things and knew really just what horses i wanted to play and gave the needed info in the beginning of my call..I had my account on a piece of paper and once i gave them my info i simply had no idea where it went..no excuse lesson learned. fact is why was a ticket entered into the system to begin with? Again books like betus call me all the time for promos you would think a fast call Gary, we need you to call back your horse action would of shown class? Simple fact is i will never get my money back..What is most amazing is these types of things does no good for a sportsbook..I will spend hours and hours in threads telling people about betus and now i am well aware of the slow pay threads that gives me more power to tell people stay away from betus at all cost.

I'm no internet thug, you can look at my other posts to prove that, but I swear to god, I wanted to fly down there, and beat their manager's face in. He cut me off 3 times while explaining my problem, sided with his book before he even spoke to me, you could tell that, and then hung up on me for cursing, because I said "This is bullshit, there must be something else that can be done." When I called back, the rep Sid laughed at how ridiculous the manager was. He said bullshit is a good word compared to how some people speak to him. The only good thing that came out of my whole BetUs experience, is finding SBR, and trying MatchBook and BetJam. I haven't been happier since BetOnSports closed, and since Pinnacle stopped accepting US residents. Anyways, I really hope you get your money man. Good luck.

I beg to differ...their customer service has always been nice to me...try not calling them 32 times a day asking where your payout is...by the way this book should get an upgrade...my last payout request was Tues. Dec.11th and i received the check via DHL today Dec.20th...thats 1 week 2days...i'd say a book that can do that gets an upgrade...they also accept ********** as payment and it will actually go through...they always respond to messages online quickly and are always helpful and pleasant over the phone...and no im NOT a rep from BetUS...if you check my previous posts i was one of the ppl worrying if i would receive my payout when things were taking close to 2 months a while back...i think coupling everything together this book deserves an upgrade...at least from D+ to C-...just my two cents
