Bookmaker grading errors not being fixed automatically

Some consolation parlay cards from last week graded any card with a pending bet as a loser. Several players have written me, stating that Bookmaker has not fixed this grading issue.

If you played Bookmaker consolation parlay cards, you should check your history for any card with a "pending" game, and ensure that your card lost. If you have a winner, you MUST CONTACT BOOKMAKER - they are not fixing this unless you telephone them.

I don't see how this is acceptable from an A+ book

Even though they totally overhauled their parlay rules at Bookmaker. According to the SBR rules monitor they have had a little over 2 weeks to correct this software glitch.
