It actually hasn't been all that bad of year for the books IMO. Maybe thats why we haven't really heard as much as we have in years past on this subject Crazyl.

Lazer Wager phoned me and tried to get me to post up offering a big superbowl bonus if I did. I don't think any book I'm in right now offers any risk of that.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sportsbook.com, once a giant, fails to make it to next football season. Their rep is crap now.

I’m more optimistic than not, at least about the books I have money in.

My highest anxiety is Lazerwager. I ran up a big balance there and have been trying to get out for awhile. But they cap the payouts, plus they’re slow as heck processing them, so it’s a grind. This is one book that definitely hasn’t adopted Greek’s “Sweat the game, not the payout” philosophy.

I also have a medium balance in one of the Sportsbook.com/Sportingbet/Jazette/Starnet—or whatever that group is—books. It’s BetUSA. I picked that one really because SBR identifies them as having chosen a different path from that crooked group, otherwise I probably wouldn’t play at any of that lot.

Last year I was pretty close to full-fledged panic mode right around now, with all that was going on offshore with Neteller and Pinnacle and big payment delays, etc. This year I’d estimate my confidence level at 88% that I won’t get stiffed by Lazerwager, 96% that I won’t get stiffed by BetUSA, and between 98%-100% for the other books I have balances. So not completely comfortable, but a fairly low level of anxiety at this time.
