Hi OP, did you not see my post in your previous thread? I think you need to either be proactive and take further action yourself, or start accepting this is "lost" money. You can't rely on SBR to help you out with a book that looks like it lied about having a UK licence, and whose registered company has never filed any accounts with Companies House in the UK. SBR works when books care about their reputation; there's no evidence that a book like this would care at all.
