That IS the problem. Their site works the worse of any of some twenty I visit. Blows really.

And it is impossible for them to fix, since they won't even recognize that they have a problem.

It's been like this for 5 weeks. There is clearly a problem.

Same for me too. Even if I can login, the drop down menus on the left side only work half the time. This morning they worked but didn't work in the afternoon.

Just wanted to add my name to the list of those who have been forced to abandon some attempts to wager at BetOnline due to their horrific server issues, especially when chunks of games/matches are about to begin.

when their site is running at its best, it is still somewhat slow. when it gets busy, it gets very slow if it works at all. its crazy. if one ran a bakery and the website wasnt a great website, i can see not being too concerned. but you run a website as the business and it sucks. i cant imagine an explanation.

i know little about computers but how hard could it be?!?! does the it guy have pictures of someone?

i have played at so many books and they are the only one with a website i cant stand. if a books website is fast thats all i care about. but theres is slow and not good either. i hate hate hate hate hate having to do 11 clicks if i want to see my 10 pending wagers. whose idea is that?

but they have some nice lines so i play there.

This post just shows where Justin's priorities were. Everyone and their grandmother was complaining about the same issue, yet he took what they said at face value -- even when people had already said this was a standard, cookie-cutter response when something was wrong. Way to look out for the player, Justin.

In any event, the site has been on and off all week again recently.
