I had a thread a few weeks back on Bookmaker paying slow. I would like to say that I called there service dept. at Bookmaker after not seeing my funds withdrawn on my 500.00 payout request. The reason the money was not sent is because they had not received the second page of the docs I had faxed them (since I deposited my initial Deposit using a **** card) they required a copy of the card plus I.d. The snag happened when no one told me the doc was incomplete and had my request sit there waiting for the additional info. Anyways once I found out the problem I was asked some security questions got my money cleared. The with drawl was processed that same day. i requested a check via normal mail, and received it in less than a week. Misunderstandings are bad for business. Its amazing how one incompetent employee can tarnish a great company. Thank you Bookmaker hopefully it will be smooth sailing from now on.
Bookmaker problem solved thanks

#2I dont get it... You started a thread about them paying slow.. Did you not call them to see what is taking so long prior to starting an obviously unneccesary thread.. At that point you should of found out about the missing documents and all would have been ok. Did you jump the gun a bit ??Comment -

#4I agree, but dont you think he should of called Bookmaker and ask what was going on before a slow pay thread was initiated? Afterall Bookmaker is not a shit book. It just sounds like he was quick to the keyboard.Comment -

#5Chano, I faxed them my docs they requested. later that day I called the service dept and was told they had received the info and would process my request. You See I thought all was great based on what some butt munch at customer service had told me. thus this is were all the bad info started. They obviously didn't have all the info all the while I was sitting and waiting...Comment -

#6Good stuff Happy Boy. These things happen every now and then, just someone giving bad information on the CS side not realizing the documents were incomplete. Overall very solid operation.Comment -

#8Bookmaker is a leader in the industry
They are not a customer service oriented company, but they pay. Overall I admire them. They have been leaders in the industry, putting out a lot of lines before even the books in Vegas hang them; they have a lot of courage. You see that thread about betonline not paying the bj winner. Well, bookmaker has the same casino software. If someone won $50K in their casino, the money would be transferred to the guy's sportsbook account within an hour and could be withdrawn the next day. I know a guy who won a $60,000 parlay at bookmaker. He received his wire within a few days. Same goes for Olympic, Jamaica, Wsex, 5Dimes, Legendz, and Pinnacle. $50K winnings are nothing to these guys. Betonline is now struggling with this type of a payment. I hope they make the right choice, and can join the others at the top.Last edited by louis; 11-10-07, 04:50 PM.Comment -

#10I don't have an account with them but I do respect them, they aren't like some others that don't want to pay players when they win. I heard that their C.S. isn't the best in the world but at least they pay the players when they win. That is what is key here when you have a good winning streak going you sure want to get paid by them, just like a regular casino does.Comment -

#11Most of the complaints aren't too serious, at least that I've read. Usually they fall along some sort of bonus dispute or customer service issue. Your money is safe there.Comment
