what would have happened if the bet would have lost,
would they still have refunded the bet or would they have just keep the money?

What's the bet so we can tell why it was voided.

Best way is to pay it at the estimated correct odds. Although that isn't a science it address your points.

i understand why the bet have been refunded. i just want to know if the bet would have lost, would they still have refunded the bet.
the bet was "betting in running"
Roger Fededer/Jarko Nieminen
2nd set total of games 9-10
i placed the bet when it was 3-3
Fortunately for me, Roger Federer broke Jarko Nieminen serve in the ninth games giving Roger Fededer the lead 5-4 on serve. He then won his serve, winning the 2nd set 6-4.
The thing that bugs me a little is if the bet would have lost,
would they have refunded the bet or would they have just the money quietly.

Why chance it and play a bad line?

I don't know. I just felt that Roger would have broke Jarko serve once giving him the set 6-4.
paddypower is usually pretty very fast when it comes to live betting. they open and close the events in a matter of a fraction of second.
i really thought i was betting in fair conditions but Paddy decided otherwise.

Ahaha, paddypower, big scammers, they always cancelled my winner (but late) bets, and never voided the loser (but late) bets (I played live tennis, who will win the next game, sometimes they did not close the bets until the 1st point).

Books just aren't too fond of shot takers at all as we all know, and thats why I don't and I won't because of the obvious factors naturally.

Perhaps I'm missing something. Given that it was 3-3 at the time and you presumably bet Over 9 games in the set, how could the bet have lost?

He didn't bet over 9, he bet 9-10. Had it been 7-6 tiebreak, then it's 13 and a loss.

Got it. Thought I was missing something.
But then I still don't necessarily understand why people are accusing him of betting into a bad number. I would have guessed a majority of men's sets that get to 3-3 go to a tiebreak, but admittedly tennis is NOT my forte.
