I’ve been with them for years and I’m a “diamond level” player, whatever that means. They’re a decent average book that I would consider a 2nd tier book. They will limit you sooner or later. I think I started with them at $1k and now it’s $250 limit. But live wagering is $500.

Not the fastest deposit nor payout but it’s relatively decent timeframe. I haven’t had any glaring problems but noticed an uptick of complaints from other players on payouts. I would recommend using them as a secondary book but not as primary book.

I was satisfied at first because payments were quick (crypto) but they slowed down....at one point it was 5 days and I hadn't received payment. How quickly do you normally get your 💰 and is it crypto? I appreciate Phil one of the account managers but sometimes I get the sense nobody is on the same page. I was thinking of going with bookmaker but because I got used to the jazz interface I'm considering going back to them again. Your recommendation to use them as a secondary book seems like good advice. Appreciate you.

Their cutoff for payout is 8am PST. If I make that cutoff it’s usually about 3-4 hours to process it. I’ve only done btc payouts with them.

I even called to verify and he said yes. AFTER i deposit he calls me up saying i am up overall and cannot do the offer. He says he will make it up to me in the future. I basically said i will never trust them again on another bonus. Keep in mind i never reached out to them they reached out to me.

About a month later i get another email with the exact same offer they just screwed me over on a month before. penetrate these scammers never again will get a cent from me. Hope they enjoy all the bad press as i will happily post their email to me. BTW i also have where he admits to making a mistake but if i deposited another $4000 he would give me the bonus. Apparently thats what i was up on them so if i deposited that i would not be up anymore.

I had a really good account manager for awhile, I think his name was Dave but it's a fuzzy memory. I played a lot there and got nice bonuses. Once they pulled the same stunt that captrobey describes I haven't been back, it's been a few years.

It is funny how after all the playing there that they would do this to someone. You would think they would not have bad press that is 100% their fault

They keep calling to get me to deposit again. This after my live bet acceptance time varies from 30 seconds to one minute.
30 seconds to accept a bet for a game that is at half or quarter break is totally unacceptable, what do they think will change in that time. And I'm not even up money there.
Gotta get that fixed before I go back.

I'm sorry for the frustration some of you went through. I felt some of those same frustrations in my dealings with Jazz. They always paid though I just felt like I got the run around quite a bit at the end. So what is your guys go too book? I signed up for book maker, I don't know what I'm dragging my feet about...I have been using a local but even that had me feeling weird when he paid me late so now I'm contemplating going back to jazz but hearing what you guys are saying it's reminding me of the headaches I had and maybe I should just try bookmaker. Or maybe a little at both while continuing to use the local.

I play mostly at Bookmaker/Justbet, also Betonline/Sportsbetting.ag.
Never had a problem, especially with payouts which are lightning fast.
