    Can you if it is just to place a wager and they have no account there?

    There shouldn't be any problems in general, but is hard to give definitive answer as we can't know how operators will look at that...

        They'll probably be cool with it. Think about it, the offshores can't ding everyone who places a bet from a hotel with public Wi-Fi while they're on vacation. I know Bookmaker never questioned me when I was betting from a bunch of different IP's

          I access all my accounts throughout the day from my phone all over, I use a home computer and a work computer as well. Never had a problem.

            No legit offshore, or any bookmaker, should have a problem with you using multiple devices to access your account.

            As you suggest if that other device has been used for an account there it can be a different story though.
