A Lifetime ago I was in sales for quite a while and got to experiment with different strategies and measure effective, I've been on both sides of the Customer/Customer Relations experience.
In what world would ABC Island's strategy of calling, all day, every day, different reps and even going as far as spoofing their numbers to make it look like it's from a local area code ... be effective?
I get emails, voicemails, texts, literally every day. I don't care if they gave me an 8000% Cash bonus, I would not reload with them under any circumstance out of principle of this hounding.
Disclaimer, they did pay the one time I was with them but Good Lord, this strategy makes collection calls of the 80s and 90s look like Child's Play.
