A baseball bet that ended in a mercy rule after 7.5 innings should have been void according to their own rules. I have posted all evidence including their rules and support replies in imgur link https://imgur.com/a/vQe8Qne

For those that do NOT want to click the imgur link I'll paste the rules below but there is more in the imgur link such as their replies. Initially asked about rule 6.65 and support even stated that a match ending before 9 or 8 1/2 innings should be void in regards to the mercy rule. Later they say they have to wait for replies from their "colleague" as well as the odds provider. Ultimately after 12+ hours they said it was settled according to the 7 inning format when in fact was ended due to the mercy rule. Was not a scheduled 7 inning game.

Rollbit's baseball rules: 6.6. Baseball

6.6.1. If an inning ends before the Xth point is reached (incl. extra innings), this market (Which team wins race to x points?, Who scores the Xth point (incl. ot)) is considered void (cancelled).
6.6.2. Market (When will the match be decided?) will be settled as “Any extra inning” if at the end of regular time (After a full 9 Innings) the match finishes in a draw, regardless of whether or not overtime (Extra innings) is played
6.6.3. Market (Will there be overtime?) will be settled as “Yes” if at the end of regular time (After full 9 Innings) the match finishes in a draw, regardless of whether or not overtime (Extra innings) is played
6.6.4. Possible extra innings are not considered in any market unless otherwise stated.
6.6.5. All markets will be cleared according the final result after 9 innings (8 1⁄2 innings if home team is leading at this point)
6.6.6. If a match is interrupted or cancelled and won’t be continued on the same day, all undecided markets are considered void.
6.6.7. If markets remain open with an incorrect score or incorrect match status which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.

Seems RollBit is playing angles even against their own rules to have a favorable outcome. I have similar bets on other sites with similar rules that have won by 10+ but ended up being void due to the mercy rule. Didn't go through 8.5/9 innings.

Even with "accepts all odds changes" ON, the RollBit's sportsbook does NOT accept higher odds changes while your bet is locking in. I have noticed it from the first few days I've been there and contacted live support. They reply there is nothing wrong on their end. That was the end of chat. I have continuously noticed that it NEVER accepts higher odds changes while locking in. I have messaged a mod about it yesterday in chat. Was told to accept all odds changes, remove my bet, and re-add my bet. Funny how I have to go through all of that. Shouldn't be the case. Tried it still doesn't work. Was then told to take a screenshot or a video and send it to live support. Had the same problem again today and sent a screen shot to live support.

First response from "Support Agent Lex" is "Sometimes it can take a bit more time." Second response "Odds are provided by our sportsbook provider." Third response "Odds are changing constantly depending on the market conditions."

Live support consists of NPCs and Bots. I highly recommend anyone thinking or playing here to find a different site. There are much better alternatives for sports bettors.

Will provide my screenshot of changing live odds and the live support chat. RollBit does not give 2 penetrates about it's customers or their problems. Won't even do their due diligence to look into the problem.
