Anyone stay at the Cromwell in Las Vegas?

Was in Vegas about 2 months ago and stayed at Caesar's Palace and it was actually kind of dirty. Looking for a property owned by Caesars and thought I'd try the Cromwell this time...Anyone advise that has stayed there??

Just wonder how clean and upscale it is.
