I imagine once they are alerted to the DQs it will be changed.

draftkings grades nascar winners at completion of the race... then they do something VERY GENEROUS by leaving those as winners (on hamlin/kyle to win and all matchups) while also regrading losses to wins on the changes

westgate waits until after inspection, not sure about the other brick and mortar sportsbooks

In this case, the decision was declared after the results were posted, according to our House Rules stated HERE all bets will stand in this case and the grade is correct

Bovada graded my top 3 bets on Hamlin and Bush winners which is consistent with their rules. Had I put them in at BOL they would have been graded a loss according to their rules. It's insane that Books can't adopt a uniform position on how Nascar bets should be graded.

yeah, but to be fair, a bit lower on the same page it also says:

"Bets on Formula One (F1), Motor and Auto races are decided based on the podium positions on the day prizes are announced for the particular event, and any change in position after this time is not considered for settling purposes."

So at least for matchups, they basically have both rules, "settlement based on podium result" and "settlement based on official result", which of course is ridiculous.

Not sure all do, but most probably do............and surely all will now if not before.

CIRCA paid Elliot as the winner...........will try to find out which Vegas books did not, if applicable.

When we booked Nascar futures where worked, we did not payout until after the inspection and clearly stated this in the rules as such............I was personally responsible for the futures odds last two places employed in terms of Nascar.
