Hello everyone yes im new poster I was referred to this site as a possible help with an issue with Bovada.. long story short I signed up for an account at bovada and deposited money into my account, however I nor my ex husband was aware you couldn’t have two accounts with the same address, well he moved out in March and I signed up just 2 weeks ago, and I won a good bit of money if I’m being honest I followed barstool Mintzy picks he won every bet i touched, well I ran it up to a good number and was like I’ll cash out and boom account disabled, I’ve been very patient with them asking if there was anything I could do to help even offered to give them back money incase if they felt like I did something wrong but all I can get from them is your account is under investigation and no other help is available this is now going on 2 weeks. My ex husband account is still active and is allowed to play in his and cash out he’s updated his account to his current address and showed them he’s not actively lived here in months. Yes my ex husband and I have a good relationship I just had an extra 400 to blow and said hey let me try it out, my biggest issue is they didn’t have a problem till the cash out go figure right. But if it’s my fault and wasn’t allowed to happen it still don’t take weeks or months to give the advice so I’m turning from twitter to SBR FORUM TO GET HELP… my twitter is Jdawe0625 and I’ve posted it on there as well.. thank you and maybe someone can help out this single momma..

I did file a sportsbook complaint here idk if that does anything. I met someone on twitter last night with a same sorta issue that he states for 1400 dollars it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing has been done for him. How are they able to get away doing this? They have 1000 rules on how to bet and which ways to bet how is there not a timeframe to get security things done. I’ve sent in my DL with selfie and 2 bills still can’t get anything but put on the back burnerComment -

That is what I found out but technically it’s one house hold he moved out in March and sent them documents to prove that. However he didn’t update any information anywhere when he left I still get his mail daily.Comment -
Where did you file this complaint? As far as I know our submission form is not online.
As far as your problem, if your ex-husband is not limited there and is not betting the same things as you for a combined amount over the limit, then you may be ok. But it's going to 100% rely on them finding you believable. Almost every wife/ex/girlfriend account they see is someone trying to get around their terms..Comment -
It was sent to me by a older member, not sure but that sucks, but yeah he actually lost his money on Friday and had bonuses in his account. So it wouldn’t of made sense for me to just make an account for him to use since he had bonuses we discussed that, I really figured with everyone sending updated documents it would be a slam dunk for them to see, but I did see someone post bovada has issues If you go all in and I did on 3 plays out of 7, I’ve even asked if they would just remove the bonus and pay me the difference or allow me back in to make plays but can’t get anything but under investigation when I chat with themComment -
Gotcha so optional how long should a investigation take for them. The account was only opened 2 days and I think my ex husband whose account has been open and even won a parlay and cashed out last Friday with no issues. I asked for cash out on June 5th.Comment -
