    It was a great deal in 2019.

    If they waited until 2022 with inflation it would have costed another 3-4 million.

    Are you sure? You can't build a nice house with 5 million. I find it hard to believe a casino costed only 5 million to build. Last high school we built costed 100 million dollars.
