Its absolutely atrocious again today. They really need to sort their shit out its literally falling apart. Wrong lines, wrong odds and you often cant get a bet on at all.

with the wrong lines, wrong odds problems etc you have to learn to live, its something that it seems they are not going to fix never, its totally a shame many ppl have said it and they dont solve it for already a year.
The problem now is that its going slow as hell, you can not even place a bet because when you try it just frooze and then it gives an error, as always the customer service is just saying they know pinnacle is going slow and we dont know when they will solve it, as i said this is starting to be as shitty as bookmaker.

Funny how it's 2020 and yet when we try go get bets on with top books such as Bookmaker and in this case Pinny, it feels like we're in 1996 with slow dial-up modems.

absolutely right mate and the only thing that feel from year 2020 is the customer service because they look more like robots than humans, always answering like robots and of course never solving the problem and giving the standard no sense answer.
after the coronavirus it seems everything is going laggy and horrible in these kind of books who supposedly doesnt limit winners.

No you're not alone !!! a desastrous day on PS3838 as usual. All these things that you mentionned, i experienced the same and we're thousands for sure to experience the same, and i keep that question in mind permanently: when will they do something to improve their website???? one year now that their website is a real shit !

back after around 45 minutes, at least when they have a problem normally they come back soon, hope they dont have more problems in all the weekend.
The only reliable website definetely is bet365 they NEVER have a problem almost for live betting how its possible that others like this one or bookmaker are so often having issues? its a shame, they should change the ppl who work on this and put new people similar to bet365 to have the website always ready and without problems for live betting, is this too hard?!?!?! gosh, we are in 2021 almost already to be with these stupid problems, what a shame!!

The more I use pinny the worse it gets. 22 year old company, still can't make a functional website. How hard can it be? I've seen D rated books with better websites. All I want is fast search, fast interface, fast grading, no errors.

its incredible, i never saw such a shame, almost every saturday the same problem.
You tell them the things and they dont do anything to solve it, its so hard for them to contract a fu** expert in computer interface to fix all the shit interface they have and do a new interface as good as bet365 without problems almost never?? Gosh, its just make me desperate, what a shit!!! almost every saturday offline 1/2 hours or even more because they always have the same stupid problem

Yeah, it took them like 3 years to "finish" the new interface, including customer feedback, but it's so bad it might as well be an alpha version. Slow, bugged, unresponsive, and weekends are the worst. It's like they use a potato server. You'd expect more from one of the best books in the world. If they invested in a proper website design they'd get their investment back many times over.
