i send them all documents (good quality) and this (same email) is what i received today:

In order to finish your verification process please remake the following photos according to our comments:

1) Photo in which you are holding your document (document should be unfolded) and your bank card **************** in your hands near to your face. The photo should be in better quality and all information should be readable.

2) Photos or scanned images of the bank card you used to make first deposit. On the front of the card, you can hide some numbers so that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible. CVV2 must be hidden on the back of the card (this is a three-digit number printed in the signature field). Name and surname, if indicated on your card, should not be hidden.

3) Photo or scanned image of the identification document and the front side of the bank card you used.

4) Photo in which you are holding your document (document should be unfolded) and your bank card in your hands near to your face.

Please do not change the topic of the letter and send the photos attached to a reply on this email. You will receive an answer in three days via email.

Why three days? I mean it takes no more than 30minute to check the email and like they always say

so many customers( which is b.s) it shouldn't take more than a day lol

They are just trying to delay and delay so you get tilted and gamble your balance away..

Hi, yes 3 days is too much but actually they replied me very fast on my emails...so till now, i can´t say...they are ignoring me.
Also i can´t gamble my balance bro, because i got now a bet limit 2-6€....so no reason to bet anymore.

i contacted the live chat...that´s now what they want:

1) photo where you are holding ID and bank card (quality of previous photo is very low)
2) screenshot of transaction from the payment where deposit was made
3) Photo or scanned image of the identification document and the front side of the bank card you used.

I´m pretty sure the quality is enough to go....i already send 8 different Photos, can´t do it better.

Update: it was actually a misunderstanding...i used sofort (instant bank transfer) for my deposits and not my bank card (which is not connected to my bank acc) but in the emails, i got always asked for this bank card. so after contacting the live support (stephan) the problem get solved with 2 screenshots of my online banking where my name, iban and deposit are visible.

Max withdrawal is 300 hmm but the number of transaction is unlimited, which is good.
Account verified after 10 Minutes. Would like to bet here but no fun with low limits....anyway...
Props to the support (live chat) friendly and fast.
