I was a victim of VBet (also known as Betconstruct and Radon B. V.)

I have been a victim of these companies and I am beginning to believe that they are dishonest and are online only to earn money from honest users. I hope I'm wrong

My VBET LATAM player account ID is: 192378215

Searching the internet today, I discovered that this company also works with other names and links (Betconstruct and Radon B. V.)

I want to alert all users about these companies. Stay away from them! Do not register on them! Don't put your money on them!

I registered my account, did all the procedures to have my account certified, sent the requested documents in the member area, were accepted, the status of my account was changed to "verified", in the support chat the person confirmed that my account was completely verified and that I could deposit / withdraw / play with all available services. I have all the screenshots and copies of the chat conversations with the support, which confirm all of the above

So, I made my first deposit. After a few bets I made a small profit and, on the same day, the site blocked my account, with a balance of 368.60

The result of this is that the site has all my earnings (271.60) and has not paid me. Yes, I agree that this is not a lot of money, but I won it by playing honestly, in sports, and I need the company to honor its industry and reopen my account with my profit balance of 271.60 for me to continue playing to complete the pending turnover of the promotion I won

I will try to help their support and, if my account is reactivated, I will update my review here, removing the negative note

Yet another person who wanted their account verified before depositing.

This will make sure you are on the radar. It's a bad idea.

Agree. I've thought about doing this but always decided against it. It tells them that you've been around the block a few times. So they should keep an eye on your account for being sharp and/or fraudulent. It's best to be as unnoticeable as possible.

For years I have been pointing this out and I am not sure anyone else but you has ever agreed with the advice.

Usually people reply saying they don't care what i think, it makes them feel better to do this every time anyway.

If only they had been reading forum threads and complaints for years and had seen how often a complaint that starts out with "I had my account fully verified before playing!" and how that NEVER makes an iota of difference to any mediation. Only hurts their case.

Like you say, it's a HUGE RED FLAG that says I am either using fake ID and don't want to risk money until I see if you catch me, or I am a problem for books and have been penalized before, or at the very least that you are an experienced bettor who needs a full check again before processing a withdrawal.

There has never been a complaint case in the thousands I have handled for SBR where the argument "this player was fully verified before, so should be paid" has ever worked!

BUT books have used the argument that this player is obviously suspicious/experienced/fakeID in part due to having demanded KYC before the book required it many times.

Last point.. how on earth does anyone but the book know if someone is "Fully" verified or not btw? No such thing basically. They can always do it all again if they decide.

VBet is not honest and operates illegally with an invalid license?

This is a question and I would like the company profile to answer us here, publicly. I found some information on the internet and was confused. I will detail below:

    #############################

    According to the website game-protect . com / curacao-license-scam/

    There I found the information:

"Online casinos and sportsbooks claiming to operate under the
    1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ, 8084/JAZ Curacao license scam operate
    illegal!"

They are speaking which casinos and bookmakers with this licences
numbers in Curaçao are operating of way illegal

VBet works with license Curaçao 5536/JAZ:

"Vbet LatAm is operated by Radon B.V. (Commercial register of Curacao
no.126922 Emancipatie Boulevard 29, Curacao) under a sublicense CIL
pursuant to Master gaming License n.5536/JAZ. Play responsibly"

I entered in contact with regulator Curaçao yesterday on the site
curacao-egaming . com reporting about VBet Latam

Today, they replied me since email address complaints @ curacao-egaming . com the message:

    "Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Curaçao eGaming.

Curaçao eGaming has no connection with that site and therefore
any references made to Curaçao eGaming as one of the Master License holders
    are false and misleading.

    Best Regards,
    Curaçao eGaming"

Then, now I am not understanding

Can VBet Latam support inform us here the valid license number which you are operating on?

Can you tell us here the name of the regulator where the company is registered and where customers can report cases of disputes?

We wait here answers as soon as possible. If you ignore and do not respond, it will only prove that all of the above information is really true
