Which Vegas Sportsbooks Allow Betting+Payouts with Chips?
I've seen some old threads about this.

The idea is to take larger amounts of cash into the sportsbook and exchange for chips. Bet and payout with chips. Exchange chips back to cash whenever needed.
This would seem to make life easier for both parties.

Do Wynn properties do this? William Hill? Cantor/CG books such as Tropicana? Station Casinos properties such as Green Valley Ranch? Ceasars properties such as Harrah's? MGM properties?

The last time I was there, every sportsbook would take chips for bets. I never tried to get paid in chips, but that might help you avoid CTRs.

William Hill and Cantor will not. Most others that are owned by the casino will usually take them as a courtesy; I've never had a problem, but only tried about 20 times or so. Can't imagine any of them paying out in chips.

Was just in Vegas not too long ago, and I know for certain that the Mirage will pay in chips. You will have to take the check/amount slip (can't honestly remember) the sports book cuts to the cashier's cage, but it shouldn't be a problem. If you want to bet the chip then you'd take it to the cashier's cage to get cash for the chip(s).

Of course, I always advise asking the book and respective cashier's cage first.

Also, believe, the book (The Mirage) may very well just accept chips too. Not sure though because I was fine with exchanging cash but believe they said they could accept plain chips as well.

The Blues had the NHL’s worst record when St. Louis native Scott Berry placed a $400 bet to win $100,000 and friend Brandon Chapel made a $200 wager to win $50,000.

Paris will payout in chips. Seeing that it's a Caesars book, Harrah's would too.

All Ceaser’s and MLife casinos. I’ve never been denied at any of these properties betting with or collecting chips at the Sportsbook on Vegas strip.

Funny, Paris was the first place I ever did this. I was there back in the mid 2000s with my ex-brother in law, who had literally sold a business he owned 51 percent of for 23.9 million at age 30.

I had recently introduced him to gambling and he caught the bug bad and was already a high roller there.

I played a big pick 4 wheel at Santa Anita and was about $500 short because the dealer rang it up as $2 key wheel instead of $1.

I panicked but luckily knew wheee bro in law was playing craps, buying in for 20k min. They actually let me leave with my ticket and go find him. I explained the situation and he laughed and tossed me two $1k chips. Went to pay the dealer with one of the yellow chips and got my change. They didn’t even sweat it. Kicker was the bet paid $6k. Tipped the dealer $500.

I forgot how much fun it was to hang out with my ex bro in law. He treated my sis like shit but total guy’s guy to hang with. Wouldn’t ever let me pay for anything. I remember being amazed how much he’d bet, roll after roll of $500 on slots, and $3k-$5k per hand in Blackjack. Anytime he’d have a good session he’d throw me a grand or two, back when I wasn’t making much and was in a shitty marriage with two step kids that was a lot of coin.

First time I went to Vegas with him right before we went into the airport he handed me five $10k bundles and told me to hide them. I said what the hell, he said he had 80k on him. I had one in my draws, and four in my socks and was sweating like hell before making it through security.

                  Good times
