    Double Charges
Have you guys ever been double charged? I use a prepaid for all my deposits and was hit with 3 double charges on the 12th from Bovada and Bookmaker when the charge completed a few days later.
It appears to be a new processor because I got an email from them (weird processor) when the charge was made as well which I havent gotten ever.

Maybe it was a glitchy day. Never know with China. Contacted both books rather than card. Last thing I want is a ********** and the boot.

I use bitcoin as well but transfer it to my amex and deposit with that.

Turns out it wasn't Bkr, just bovada and ignition.

          Smart way to go.

If you can't get them reversed easily send in a complaint form and SBR can probably get a manager onto it for you at both books.

I may take you up on that. Two of them were Bovada and Ignition, the third was a casino with a good rep (not in bovada fam). The casino instantly credited me the additional charge and have been sweethearts. Bovada/Ignition have yet to reply in 3 days. Annoying.

I just had a winning dead heat in horse racing that was misgraded as a loss tonight as well on Bovada. What a headache. All their auto replies state to avoid multiple emails.

              Here's the sportsbook complaint form.

Mention if you want them to credit the extra to your betting account or reverse it back to the card when you fill it in.

Will send one now. They both replied and are giving me a form letter about how auth holds work and telling me to wait 10 days to check into it again. An auth hold will be listed as pending, these duplicates are completed as it states on statement I sent them and per Amex.

The auth holds were correct initially, when the trans completed it double dipped with two identical amounts each, all with different trans ID's.

In a few more days the card will be closed by Amex due to a negative balance (which obv I wont let happen). I don't trust the processor to refund it, only my account to be credited.
