    Online Books with soft lines

I signed up about 2 months ago for an online book and have been taking advantage of their soft lines. I've been winning everything through them and I feel they may be catching on (my limits have been reduced recently). I have a large amount of money in there and am worried about getting it out. Is there any history of books keeping money if they determine you've been betting soft lines? If they think I am arbing, can they keep my money?

I would appreciate anyone with any direct knowledge on this stuff. Thanks.

If its a A listed book by SBR, you will have no problems whatsoever getting your money out.

I hope your not messing around with some small, off the chart book.

Good books will payout and close account. If it is an sbr b or better, you have a very good chance of getting paid. Your time with that book is likely over.

What Book? If you want help, disclose everything. Are you betting soft lines or obvious bad lines? If you're betting steam (soft lines) with an A Book you're fine, you will get paid but possibly booted. Do this with a lesser Book and they might try to steal your money under a "professional player" clause.

If it's a crappy book like MyBookie, then your money will be stolen.

sportsbook.com (sportsbook.ag) which I know is not the highest rated book on here. I can accept getting my money and being booted. But if they take my money that isn't going to be cool.

I cross check their lines with my local guy's site and bet their lines that are opposite.

For example: Raptors ML on Local Guy's site is -110 and Sportsbook has +110, I take the +110 through Sportsbook.

I'm not sure how to tell if the line is bad or if it's just soft. I certainly am no professional, but I'm not some idiot either. I clearly have a strategy and (unfortunately) it has worked a little too good in the last 2 months that it raised eyebrows. I've placed over 300 bets on their site since I started doing this, so it isn't like I just hit a couple big bets and tried to take off. A lot of the bets were max amounts in the 1-3k range, but there were also a bunch of smaller ones on live bets and props and such.

I received 2 payouts from them last month, then I waited to request a third. About a day or two after the third was pending is when I noticed the reduced limits and began to worry. Any help/guidance is certainly appreciated.

I use these guys, they limit players pretty quick, but I wouldn’t worry about your money unless youre abusing their bonus system. They’ve been known to keep funds from players they think are abusing their bonuses.

    SIA, Bodog, Bet365, Sportsbook.ag

Known square books with shaded lines usually towards favorites since most of their customers are recreational bettors.

These books will probably limit you after a while, try to stay low key, bet small amounts. Do all validation/paperwork beforehand so they cant delay you once you try to cash out.

They will usually pay but give you the boot at the same time.

which lines have been off that you've been able to bet $1k+? They generally mirror the major books lines on any market over a couple hundred bucks.

I only made two deposits: my original one and a small Bitcoin one. I did take advantage of a 100% match bonus on the original one but that was one time and I easily met their rollover requirement within 2 weeks or so. When I was ready to make a withdrawal I made a small Bitcoin deposit and forfeited the $2 bonus because I had read about how they frown upon those who abuse their bonus system.

I started with this book is 2003 or 2004, while in college so my paperwork has been validated for years. None of my information has changed as I have been living in the same location since then and my phone number has been the same.

My first payout took about 48 hours through Bitcoin. Number 2 was a bit longer, but that could have been due to the weekend falling in between. I truthfully don't mind a few days for a Bitcoin payout as long as the money ends up in my account.

As of late, the only lines I found that I was able to put down big on were first weekend of the NCAA Tourney. Loyola Chicago vs Miami in round one was one that stands out. I had $3000/$3600 on Loyola ML (god bless that game winning 3 pointer). I had a lot of success finding lines in college hoop, especially 1st and 2nd half lines. Some hockey games were matches during about a 2 week stretch 2 months ago, but nothing of late. I haven't found much success in baseball, except for a single run line one day vs the Cubs.

It has certainly been harder since college hoop, but I still review the site a few times per day and typically find some matches. Recently, those matches come from live betting more often than not. I'm not sure if their live betting lines are off or if the ones on my local guy's site are the ones that are off, but I keep assuming it's sportsbook with the soft lines until the money tells me different.

Same deal with casinos in Vegas. They are in buisness to Make money, not lose it. Many will lose money, but the select few that can beat the lines can do damage to any buisness. I have a buddy in Vegas, and he tells me even out there the casinos will throw you out if you win too much money in the tens, and thousands.

Don’t get upset about it, it is what it is. If you bet enough to take a decent chunk you will be limited to the amount eventually that you can bet. It’s better then not being able to bet at all.

My worry is simply about getting paid. I don't care if it takes time, I just want my money. I can live with being booted (I'm already limited).
