No, it is not a communication problem! you delay as long as it goes so that the player should continue to bet, I've had so many times now, they lie in which they say after 24 hours if you ask where the money remains, the order has been deleted because no sufficient money on the account is, that's always the same trick and lie of Bet-IBc! If you want, I can also put screnshout in here from the balance on the account and the payout. After 24 hours, the same lie from Bet-IBC waited again and again - the order was deleted because there was not enough money on the account! Still brute is no longer an agent! The background is the player should continue betting!

You sound quite sure for someone not that great at communicating in English.

It is strange what you describe, and I don't think I have seen anyone else post here claiming they are trying to delay paying them in order to get them to lose before either.

Anyway, the offer stands if you want to send in a complaint form.

Honestly, it just sounds like a misunderstanding somewhere. Bet-IBC are not an agent I ever suggest to people but they have been around a long time and do not have a history of doing this.

I am pretty sure SBR will be able to help you sort out the problem if you submit a complaint form.

Only stress in cash out with BET-IBC !! I can easily complete the form! BET-IBC is not serious !! Keep the tactics, so that the player may continue to bet !! Almost always stress with payment! Cancel payment request and say there is not enough money in the account, this is always a lie! I can prove that it took screenshots of it !!

First of all, they are an agent and, if you have not been betting with them for a long time, will not have a stake in your action so they don't care if you win or lose. They are the agent, they have a commission on your turnover. Not on your losses.

2nd: ask them, calmly without aggravating yourself, how it's possible there is not enough money in the account and ask them how much money there IS in the account. Then ask them how much your payout request was. Go on livechat, don't do it by email.

There is a misunderstanding somewhere. I'm guessing you don't have enough to cover the 1 or 2% withdrawal fee AND the amount you requested. They are not scamming you, just stay calm and it will resolve itself.

i recently got into contact with them regarding a 9wickets account, and i hadn't any problem neither while opening the account and depositing. also i completed my first withdrawal a few hours ago. it wasn't done immediately and i got panicked honestly. i asked them if it's sth wrong and they told me that withdrawals may take 24h. let's see if i got the money.
but really dude, you just need to calm down and try to explain them your concern word by word.

After 3 days and after I reported BET-IBC to Pinbet88, they paid off my money today !! Never again will I bet more on BEt-IBC AGENT! Fortunately, Pinbet88 helped me. So much stress on the payout on Bet-Ibc Agent is unbelievable. After the payment, the account was also blocked by BET-IBC. NEVER AGAIN BET-IBC AGENT !! NEVER AGAIN......

Aren't you even going to admit what the problem was now?

But I do agree you will NEVER AGAIN play with Bet-IBC. Obviously not, whatever you want to do. No way in the world they would let you keep an account there after this performance.

They process withdrawals within 24 hours - per their claim.
AsianConnect88 would process your withdrawals immediately, not within an hour or 2 but immediately.

I really can't understand why people go for the wrong agent here, there is nothing better about BET-IBC in Comparison to AC88.

The best is BEt-IBC lies in which it says after 24 hours to complain that there was not enough money in the betting account and the order has been canceled, of course you get that said only on request after 24 hours and you should again a payment order put! etc., etc. tactics until 3-4 days! Bet-IBC request Chat will be canceled without any information, requests will not be answered !! Only stress with payouts! I just reported my experience here, keep cool you bets of all time
