    YouWager max payout

YouWager has excellent bonus policies in that the rollover only applies to initial deposit+bonus and you can take out all winnings.

However, their max payout for bitcoin does not correlate with their max bets. For example, for many NFL and NCAA football games, they offer a max bet of $3000. However, the max payout is $1000 per day and maximum 3 days per week. So I won two big bets in consecutive weeks (don't get too excited, I've lost my share too), so it's taking two weeks to withdraw the winnings of just two bets over 6 payouts. They also seem to have reduced the max payout from $3000 to $1000. I asked if they did that just for me because of a couple of big wins, and they said no, it's for everyone. Has everyone seen this reduction of payout?

The max payouts per method change quite regularly based on what the processor can handle.

I'd guess it has gone down a bit as more people are betting/withdrawing now football season is going. Plus a lot more new users of bitcoin are taking it up with football as well.

They could probably get you paid all at once using multiple methods if you cant wait at a guess? So not like they are trying to hold funds hostage on purpose I dont think.

I'd just wait and collect it all as Bitcoin personally though.

searanchdude. They change the max payout with bitcoin frequently when bitcoin price is rising. As it falls they will raise max payout. I'm not sure why/how they decide to change it but the max payout changes every few days from what I've seen. They're the only site I've seen do this with Bitcoin payouts.

They are not the only ones. But I never realized it was related to price movement in Bitcoin value. Thanks for the insight.

It's not false info Bubba. It's possible it varies by person and region. My average bet is usually $500. My payout amount with Bitcoin has been $3,000. I've seen it at $1,000 too but it only lasted a few days that way before changing. My thought was that it fluctuated when bitcoin was trending up and down.

I did just look now at my Youwager and it does show $1,000 max at the moment. It's been at $1,000 for a month or so if I had to guess but not 6 months as you've mentioned.

6 months was a guess. i remember the day they changed it. i requested a 9k payout that day. they rejected my payout (without telling me why) and it was 1,000 a day max max 3 times a week since. 6 months was a guess but this was in place by june 1st for sure according to my records. i am pretty sure earlier than that.

I should add, i really wish you were right. they shut my account this week and are making me withdraw 1000 at a time, 3,000 a week max for the next month. no access to my money until the drawn out slow pay (sbr rated A) is complete. its 1 thing to have slow paying rules for customers who are able to wager. Its another to not let them wager and still insist on a slow pay.

i must call them 6 times a week to get 3k a week. 3 times to turn on the account to request a payout, 3 more times to authorize the payout. They have thus far refused to work with me to give me my frozen funds in a timely matter. i filed a complaint with sbr 2 days ago but nobody has even acknowledged it. Most definitely a frustrating experience to have my money frozen. I am willing to work with them to get paid in any reasonable method but they are insisting on 3k max a week bitcoin. Bad experience.

    Hey Bubba -

You are with the wrong book. I understand your frustration and days without sleeping & worries. Go to bookmaker.eu or betdsi.eu. You won't have any problems at all. Bookmaker.eu & betdsi are excellent books and willing to pay anyone with their winnings without any hassles. Their max bet per game is the highest in the sports betting business, even better than most of Casinos in Vegas.

YouWager payout policy is ridiculous. Seems like they intentionally come up with this wait period so the players lose it back. Bookmaker.eu would allow anyone to withdraw $10,000 bitcoin per day, 5 days a week. I'm a diamond player, they would let me withdraw $25,000 worth of bitcoin per day and I get the coins within 4 hours every single time. They are super fast.

That's a shame they are giving you the run around like this. Youwager has really risen on my list of top rated books. Always been great to me. Hopefully you get paid out and can find somewhere else that will treat you better.

They have always been good to me too (till now). I dont know how long I have used them. 6-8 years? It reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where Elaine says she cant date a guy because he is known as a "bad breaker upper". Its important how someone breaks up with you!

They could have handled-this so much better. I am not sure why they dont.

1-Dont just shut the account, and make me call worried whats up when I cant log on. Ideally keep the account open so i can see my transactions. just disable wagering and put a note in the account. if for some reason the software doesn't let you do this (id be shocked if it couldn't) then at least send an email to the client. This way the person shutting the account reaches out to me, rather than me calling in a panic and speaking to a bunch of customer service who are not aware of the situation.

2- the notion that i have to call 6 times a week(once to get account turned on, once to get the payout) in order to get 3 withdrawls a week for a month is just terrible. If you as a book are breaking up with me (thats fine), Return to me MY FUNDS and lets be done with the relationship. This should not go on for weeks or even days. Assuming they arent stiffing the client, I cant see how this isnt in their best interest anyway.

Hopefully they come through with the full payout tomorrow. And I hope they re-evaluate the policy of how they treat clients whose accounts they are closing. Will post here!

I requested a 1k payout from youwager last night at 1 AM EST, most of the big books like Heritage and Betdsi process bitcoin payments within 2-3 hours at most, you wager says they will try to get the payout by 7 PM. I really don't see why a book needs to take 15 hours to make a bitcoin payment after they have all of my paperwork and it seems like youwager delays making bigger payments - I got my first smaller payout in just 2-3 hours.

From the guy that tells people to be patient in the TopBet thread after many have been waiting for 4 months plus are you really going to complain about being paid within 24 hours.

i had found their bitcoin speed to be fair. request by noon, usually u get it by 3pm or so that same day. (6 days a week). Its the limit of 1k and only 3 a week that i think is the weakness.

You have really had heritage process a payout overnight? Id be shocked if heritage does payouts at 1am eastern but i have been wrong before.

Lol, I said I thought topbet would be okay, I didn't say what is going on their is acceptable or that people should be patient. I was also right, topbet is fine and they are paying

Yeah, if I request the payout by noon I would be very happy to get my payout by 3 - and I wasn't expecting the payout to be processed at 1 AM. They said the will process the payout at 7 PM, so they are taking 8 hours to process may payment if we start with normal business hours being 8-5 EST. I don't see why it takes 12 hours to process a bitcoin payment - I got my first payment from them for a smaller amount of money right away.
