I was going to go to BetPhoenix but apparently they have issues. Is matchbook reputable? How can they get away with such great lines without the whole thing being a scam. Also, if you've cashed out from matchbook let me know the details.

Yes - unreliable software; failure to honour bets matched after they came back on line after a crash - cancelling them AFTER the start of games
Poor - withdrawals limited to $2500 at a time and unusual commission structure - okay if you are offering odds but costly if you are taking odds

Best lines in the business usually because they are an exchange. Surprised they don't have competition already in the US markets.
And yes, if you use them seriously and often you will have issues from time to time.
You have to be careful about having bets bought and buying bets simultaneously,
and the software will get real screwy, so you have to ALWAYS double check your bets to make sure they were accepted correctly.
Every now and then the software will go totally haywire and you don't know what got bought and sold, and what got canceled and honored, but overall, believe it or not, it's a really good book, as long as they keep paying.
But keep an eye on this book at all times, as there is no telling what direction they are going. So far, so good except for the occasional software glitches and crashes. Even though this makes them sound like a horror story, they are actually a decent book, and the lines are by far the best in the business, even better than Pinnacle's most of the time on games they both offer. Liquidity can sometimes be a problem though.Comment -

Matchbook is virtually the only online book I have ever dealt with where I can honestly say that I've never had a single problem. Payout requests done via the website are processed automatically (unlike BP) and checks are received within promised timeframes without exception.Comment -

Matchbook payouts are fast. Never a problem. 5 figure book to book withdraw transfers are handled within 1-2 hours.
The majority of my offers are accepted and I am paid a commission. If you accept an offer, you pay a small commission.

yes, good question .. I don't know if there is a daily limit but from my recall the last time I withdrew it was $7500 in three requests and I think the first two were the same day in US and the third may have been into the next day but all were on the same day here so yes, three max withdrawals went through within 24 hrsComment -

Once... I had my lines up waiting for it to be matched. Then they had a system msg up and said the site was down for maintance. So I thought my bets would have been removed. End up, they didn't pull the bets off because they only brought the site down for 3min and it wasn't their policy to pull it down with that short of a time frame. But I didn't know the site was only down for 3min, i thought it was one of their 5 hours one that they do at night. End up losing $70 bucks net from the time I left the bets up. I asked for a reimburstment from commission credit or money. I didn't my money back. Only $70 so oh well.
Note, that is the only issue I had with them for over 1 year of using them.
Oh another rant would be they have sticky updating lines sometimes on live betting. What I mean is sometimes you post a bet on live betting it takes a while to refresh/update. So you don't know if your bet goes through or not for a few seconds. Does make a world of a difference if it is the last point shot on a game. So I advise don't use their live betting after the timeout is over. Just use it between breaks, and not during real live play.Comment -

I get checks for $3,000 from Matchy, not sure where you get the $2500 thing from unless it is a very recent rule change, checks always come on time, no nonsense like at other places.Comment -
