    Different company, Winning Poker Network and Bookmaker family benefit from each other.

    Bookmaker's poker is simply a link to WPN's network. Winning poker network's skins such as ACR and Truepoker offer sports betting to be a "full fledged casino offering everything" but they are ultimately outsourcing sportsbetting to Bookmaker. However, all payouts stay with whatever company your original account is with.
