So sportsbook.ag has a 100K and a $25K survivor pool challenge that I won both. I split the winnings for there were multiple winning entries so I netted around $13K in winnings. They credited my account this morning and after that I was able to play a little blackjack and make a football wajor but shortly after that I sent them verification documents to begin my withdrawal process. Immediately after my account has been locked!??? Still waiting to hear back from their support. I have heard horror stories about this site but is this a normal practice after someone goes from a $0 account balance to $13K and requests a withdrawal?

It's unusual they would lock the account whilst doing it but it is to be expected to be checked out.
Best to just wait and see if you are approved before doing anything. Kicking up a fuss doesn't help and might just make them look at you even closer..Comment -

They are paying faster than ever before if you use bitcoin. 12-24 hours. I personally wouldn't worry. They had site wide login issues earlier today so perhaps your account wasn't locked and you simply saw the same error others were getting ("Error occured during login")? This book has always paid, they've just had times when processing times were extremely long. I waited 2 months for a cheque in the past, but I've never worried about getting stiffed. Right now their payouts are great. If you're currently complaining about them than I suspect A) you don't play with them or B) don't use bitcoin as your payout method (not sure what their timeframes are, but I suspect several weeks).
Since they started offering bitcoin payouts they've ranged from 12 hours to 3 weeks - recently they've been 12-24 hours for over the past month. It's fine if you don't play there, but that doesn't change the fact that payouts are being processed quickly at the moment.Comment -
Congrats to your winnings! I have been with Sportsbook for over 15 years and always have got paid but slow at times. And it seems to me every Christmas and New Year, a lot of the experience workers take time off and the customer service is below par, but I'm sure they will get things sorted out for you.Comment -

i am a member with sportsbook.ag for 10 years now. ..back in the days i used the check which took 4-8 weeks sometimes 12 weeks. Now i am using bitcoin and i am getting paid within 24hours. They charged 5% on your withdrawal. I would use only bitcoin for this site.Comment -
I know plenty and real players don't play at sportsbook. Schmucks who google how to bet online play there. No one in their right mind would stick with a book like them if you were a consistent winner because it takes months to pay. Guys that are getting paid in Bitcoin quickly are most likely consistent losing players that got lucky once and they know them as cash cows.
