I don't post much here butt I have been gambling like most of you for a long time and have seen all the different things that go on in these books and I have been on both sides at a lower level. My main account is at Heritage but I started using Bovada again when the Bitcoin withdrawals became very fast. I have been with them for probably 15 plus years back when they started as bodog and have been on and off with them as their payouts get fast and then slow over the years but I can honestly say I've only had to call them probably like 2 times over that time with any discrepancies. Today it has been 3 times and it is just ridiculous in my opinion. So I am just posting this so you guys can see what I had to go through today and make your own conclusion. This was just crazy in my opinion as I have been gambling on tennis and golf for 20-plus years and the rules have been changing all the time but this was just crazy I think. So anyways I place a tennis wager at 11:10 a.m. and the bet slip said the match goes off at 11:10 a.m. also I was watching three different score sites and not one point had been played yet and later when I looked at tennis in sight they said the players did not even take the court until 11:12. When I looked at my account they called it a cancelled bet. After two long phone calls and explaining everything to them proving I made this bet before the match they came back and said I place the wager 34 seconds after post and they didn't get the line down in time. I understand all the rules but all these sites are getting better with taking the lines down when they're supposed to be and 34 seconds, really. So I withdrew over $9,000 from Bovada a couple months ago and this was a measly $60 bet and just kind of made me mad because the match had not even started yet. And they hadn't taken it down so they are just using the past post rule to their advantage as I can show you other best lips that they accepted and graded them as losses way after their post time even in major sports like baseball and football. So that's what makes me mad they will just use it to their advantage. They came back and gave me a $60 free play they said for my trouble. I think it's more that I prove to them that they were wrong but I still got the short end but I took it because it was such a small bet and had not had many problems with them and decided to just move on. Then I wake up tonight at 2 in the morning and see my San Francisco Giants won and I look at my bet account and it's wrong so I look and they graded it as a cancelled wager. My bet slip clearly shows that I made the bet at 8:30 Central time and it was not supposed to go off the board till 8:35 Central Time so I call them and he's trying to explain to me that I made it like an hour after the post time. Somehow there bet slip he is looking at is not what I was looking at on my account. So I don't know what will happen with this but if it's not graded as a win I will cancel my account with them and take all my money out because this is just getting silly. Also tonight I have bet slips now that I am looking at them that show I did a live bet at 8:36 cuz I was trying to do the first five innings and they took it down at 8:35 so I had to go to live and lay 1/2 rather than getting it straight up because they don't offer that on live also I place the Dodgers bet today 3 minutes after their official post time and that was graded as a loss. So again you can't use the rule one time to your advantage and the next time just leave it as a loss which I don't care about that but these books are too good now in taking the lines down when the game starts for the most part and 34 seconds after post when it's a two-hour match is just ridiculous because they didn't take it down for like a minute.unreal. it would be different if a game had been played or it was a bad line but they use the match had been started for 34 seconds before they took it down when I prove to them that it had not even started at that time seems like something may be going on over there to put that much effort into canceling a $60 bet and now grading my Giants as a cancelled bet. I will post the two bet slips shortly.
