Bovada/Bodog has been "invesetigating" my account for 2 months now
    Hi,

Reaching out here for some help/advice. I'm a dual US/Canadian citizen with addresses in both countries (hence both Bovada and Bodog accounts). Bovada/Bodog both temporarily suspended my accounts ~2 months ago and asked for verification docs (ID, proof of address, selfie w/ ID) - pretty standard stuff. I provided these promptly; however, every week I check in and keep getting the same response. My account is still closed, my money is locked in the accounts, but every time I ask, I get the same canned bs response: "We appreciate that you sent us the documentation. I understand your concern regarding the status of your account, but don't worry, our Verification Team is still working on it."

Does anyone know how I can escalate this so that it actually gets looked at? They don't seem to even have a phone number to call for customer service... just their customer service email which is completely unhelpful. I thought Bovada/Bodog was supposed to be the most trustworthy offshore...

Thanks in advance for any insight you guys might have.
