I took a huge gamble and made a $1000 credit card deposit with this scammer book. I made 1 single wager and won $700, then decided to request a payout to make sure they pay and guess what happened?? You guessed it...they closed my account without paying me a penny! I saw other people with similar stories of this book closing accounts after customers requested pay outs. I told Jackie (supervisor) that I saw reviews on this forum with other people saying they closed their accounts after paying out. She then replied to me, "Well, why did you sign up with us then?" LOLOL, what a complete scam show.

Their BS excuse for closing my account and not paying me is that they told me my account is linked to another customer after I provided my ID and credit card I used with my name on it. I've never once played with this book in the past. Their excuse for not paying me is that they said they don't believe I am who I say I am even after I provided my ID documents and credit card with my name on it. What a complete joke and complete scammers!!!!

Then I told them just to refund my $1000 back to my card so I can be done with this nightmare, they REFUSED to even do that! They literally stole $1000 from me.

Can Sportsbook review please do something to reach out to this scamming sportsbook on my behalf and try to get my money back?

I don't no about this pos book but a legal book wouldn't of paid you either b4 u rolled over the money once. What you explained above sounds like you r a pos who does do charge backs . U make A 1k deposit
bet 700 and then ask for a payout when you used a CC to deposit?? B4 your Mommy or Grandma sees the charge u do a payout request? Get lost cummm guzzzler and quit using Female names for your accounts.

Actually, every book would pay if he didn't take a bonus. And, he didn't say he bet $700, he said he won $700. Possibly bet on a fav? All sportsbooks are at least a 1x rollover since they aren't a bank. And, some have payout restrictions due to credit card payments, but its rare these days. In the end, the book should never steal from a player. Also, Collette is a French name, not necessarily a girls name, which it is also.

We are only able to provide mediation services for US/CA licensed books so I am unable to directly advocate for you, but WagerDM have been around for a long time and as far as I am aware do not have not a history of treating people like this. They definitely should not be confiscating a deposit. I think your best option is to submit an OSGA complaint form https://www.osga.com/Complaint-Form/...t_form2017.htm
