Asian Connect closed my account

i want to share with you my experience with AC88.
First of all sorry for my English.

About one month ago at 2am at night, I made a deposit on AC of 200 euro and placed a bet of 167 and so it remains 33 euro of balance.
The day after I logged in my account and was a completely disaster.
Someone entered in my account in the night and placed bets.
i had only 33 euro in my account but I had many bets open on serie A winner( I am italian) and in about 15 minutes, someone placed a lot of bets only to destroy my entire trade and grow the balance. More or less they did a cashout.
Then they placed two bets on an unknown tennis match (lay at 1.05) only to move the money in another account.
I contacted AC and PIWI for explanation and they closed my account and accused me of funds passing.
Until that day I didn't even know what it was funds passing.
AC and PIWI continue to tell me that they did everything to give me back my money and my account, but it was a decision of their provider.
i had screenshots that can demonstrate the truth and I sent them but they continue to tell me that is a decision of their provider
The provider is Betfair?
Do you suggest me to contact Betfair?
the amount of money is: 1400 of the two bets on tennis and about 2000 of other bets that I had opened and now they would be won.

In these weeks I had thought to give up but I want to try again if someone in this forum could help me.

Unfortunately we have heard this story many times before.

The short answer is yes, you should report their agent ripping you off to Betfair. Eventually they might do more about it if enough people complain. But from much experience with this problem there is not much hope of seeing you treated fairly by either Asianconnect or Betfair.


They can clearly see that the activity you describe is obviously not you. They have seen this 100s of times before to know what it is. When they try to accuse you of funds passing they are treating you like some sort of fool. And everything they else they say about trying to help you or even wanting to is provably false after years of this happening.

I don't know why at some people refund money and some not.
i saw on many forums that some people reported the fake bets to AC and after 1-2 weeks refund money.
Me, I sent them 30 mails but the answer is always the same that they can't do anything..
The strange fact is that I made a deposit at 2Am and after 2-6 hours while I was sleeping, they placed the bets..
I think it was the guy I sent money on Skrill..
Unfortunately I had the same password on AC and PIWI.
