    Any info on Odds Matrix

Was wondering if anyone had any info on Oddmatrix? They are supplying the odds for both Mobibet and Exclusive Bet who are getting complaints as of late. They have quite a few more Casinos and Sportsbooks under their wing and all the sites are basically set up and look the same. They do however hold licenses in different places.

    http://everymatrix.com/clients

    For example
    http://sports.smartlivegaming.com/SL...s/EN/Home.aspx
Holds a U.K. License but we all know that means nothing anymore.(any info on this company as well)

From the business side it's a good product and good people running it. From the player side, some of the labels have failed and stiffed players. That's the nature of white labels though. Lesser investment by them means higher failure rate. I think the license was in Malta or Isle of Man. It's not a case where EveryMatrix owns any of the brands. They are the provider.

    Hi dirtdog,

    Thanks for the good question.

SBR has covered a few sportsbook collapses where OddsMatrix was the product powering their lines and software engine. SBR reported that BetExpress sportsbook went off-line without paying players in 2011. Even farther back, in 2010 SBR reported BetOnBet similarly went off-line without paying players. There was some dispute among the folks at OddsMatrix whom SBR spoke with on whether they stood for the funds of BetOnBet players, an individual who was then COO claimed that was the case, but that was later disputed by the OddsMatrix CEO.

Since 2012 / 2013, SBR has reported on TowerGaming and Noxwin (using OddsMatrix platform) being introduced into the SBR ratings guide. There have been few reports from players since.

You're also absolutely correct on the issues reported by Mobibet and Exclusivebet users. With respect to Mobibet, over 15 complaints are on file and the CS manager of Mobibet has claimed he will speak with SBR via telephone to go over where these issues stand. Most are related to users being accused of "irregular betting patterns" and/or some form of bonus misuse. This update was posted by SBR yesterday.

I know they are just a service provider but from this statement they allow books to operate off of their license.

By choosing our OddsMatrix white-label model, all services of your day-to-day sportsbook operations will be provided and managed by us. You can get a sports-betting solution within a few weeks using the OddsMatrix EU Malta or Alderney license or cost-efficient Curacao license. Or you can choose to acquire and operate out of your own license. OddsMatrix operates under class 2 and class 4 licenses in Malta, and is also compliant with ARJEL in France.

So I'm curious as to what they do as far as background checks on their operators. Playtech will only deal with reputable operators now that they have made it big(even though this was not the truth in the past, 8 years ago they were approaching every C.R. book trying to get in.) Because looking at the skins on these sites it would not be very hard for odds matrix to throw all these together are just place blame on invisible operators.

Agree. If the provider is supplying the license, software, hosting, and bookmaking they should be responsible for the money too. Otherwise you just have a fly-by night facilitator. Plus you'd think it would be bad for business walking in the footprints of a scam.

We'll find out if we have record of if those other books were on their own license. Not sure if we do. It's a good question.

It looks like Mobibet is operating of the oddsmatrix license as it is the only one listed on their site, if this is the case everymatrix should be 100% responsible.

Mobibet Ltd is a Guernsey based limited company and through www.mobibet.com provides a platform for online and mobiie sports betting, casino, games and bingo in more than 100 countries.
Capturing the essence of entertainment and striving to provide the least complicated applications to maximise the fun you will experience.
With world leading software, hundreds of casino games and thousands of markets to play each week, there is something for everyone at www.mobibet.com.
NetEnt Casino Games are provided by OddsMatrix Ltd, a company bearing registration number C44411, and having its registered address at Suite 4, Num. 62/63 Morina Court, George Borg Olivier Street, St.Julians, STJ 1081, Malta. OddsMatrix Ltd. is licensed and regulated in virtue of a Class 1 license numbered LGA/CL1/497/2010 issued by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (www.lga.org.mt).
if you wish to know more about www.mobibet.com or mobibet Ltd, please send an email to support@mobibet.com

Exclusive bet seems to operating off of a curacao license but I cant find if this one is registered to Everymatrix. What i did find however is the following casino also operate off of the same license.
    http://www.tiptopcasino.us/
    http://www.planetcasino.com/eu/eu-terms-and-conditions
    http://www.freespincasino.eu/uk/gene...and-conditions

I randomly checked out another one of the sites they have listed as clients and it seems https://www.artemisbet200.net/en/AboutUs is also working off of one Everymatrix's licenses.

They deleted this row from "About us": "www.mobibet.com has a Curacao based license and for marketing purposes within the UK and the EU has dispensation to utilise the Oddsmatrix license detailed above". I wonder why?

These people were operating about a year ago from Curacao under their own license.
one of the main people behind this group is the name you will find if you look up domain details here:
    http://whois.domaintools.com/mobibet.com

He has the dutch nationality. They stiffed their previous service provider in Curacao from what I understand,
so i would not get my hopes up on getting any of your money. They were active at the time under mymobibet.com

google it and you will find even more scam warning forum postings.

    Good Luck

mobibet will be soon the bankrupt, now it obviously against rules takes away money, because
probably isn't able to return them already. They and all oddsmarix is speculators
and still I want to write from me the same took away all my winnings 700euro on a site exclusivebet.com
At them (oddsmatrix) it is dangerous to play, they can without
any explanations to take away winnings and to return only deposit.

i don't personally have anything invested in these books but I think there is a big scam going on here.

    http://www.zeus365.eu/poker.aspx
    http://www.realbetting24.com/
    https://www.betmotion.com/en/terms-and-conditions.aspx

As i was looking for more sites I can across

    http://www.playhippo.com/TermsConditions
    http://www.nextcasino.com/es/TermsConditions
    http://www.dragonaracasino.com/TermsConditions

Using the same license, it states on playhippo's and nextcasino's site that the licenses belongs to everymatrix. As i did further research I found that 100's of casinos operate of this license and there have been numerous complaints in the Casino Industry. How licensing works in Curacao is a white lable company can get a license then rent sub licenses to whoever they choose with no repercussions. Another company that does this is Softbet.

In the casino industry the scam was/is to wait until one of your players hits a progressive that is accumulated by the white label solution, once the funds are transferred over from the Service Provider to the companies accounts they would go offline leaving the player with nothing.

But essentially for 200 bucks the cost of registering a company name, these guys can copy and paste a template onto a new domain and rip as many people off as they want with zero repercussions.

I have opened an account with Teambet which is odds matrix the terms and conditions sound very similar, with my account I deposited £200 and £100 bonus was added, rollover requirement is x10 so 3 grand I have to do in 20 days which is a joke, I am pretty sure I have hit my target but I can't get all my bets up and they are making it very hard work to get my bet details of them, they are based in curacao which is in the Dutch Caribbean,

yea, i found that. that is just the owner i think of the whole group. he's greek and lives in cyprus i believe. is a wanted man in greece for tax invasion and other stuff. I don't think he runs mobibet though, he has people for that. mobibet probably has offices in uk somewhere. they have servers on malta and use zendesk, uk for support.

He is not Greek he is From Holland and his full name is Richard Theodorus Buiteman born in Den Haag 18 02 1966 . He did not pay tax in Greece, Holland and Malta. He is indeed the owner of Mobibet but he operates with the name of another people. He is married to A woman called Marianna Anastasiadou of better Marianna Buiteman. They live in Nicosia Cyprus. Good luck searching for this hustler.
