    the amount is irrelevant

new rules apply by government authority - the old 100 points rule was replaced last year with the need for certified documents

in what way can you say they are not thieves??? My friend was treated the same way as Gigi69. From my view Ias Bet is one of the worst company , I ve ever been with. (I been there too) and I tried around 200-300 bookies round the world.

So PLEASE, stop telling other they are good, because you are wrong.

        I am NOT wrong.

The industry in this country is regulated and the safest in the world.
IAS is one of the biggest operators.
They are owned by one of the world's largest bookmaking companies and subject to audit.
They are not so stupid as to steal from players when subject to government supervision and audit and risking their licence to trade.
Their customer service does appear to be somewhat less than efficient I'll grant you.
As I said before if you have a genuine grievance you should report it to the NT regulators.
Have you done that? I can almost guarantee you that you will get the issue resolved if you do.

One thing is certain, all big operators suffer more from customers that "fuxx" with them than the other way around, IAS included.

I've given you the advice you need to rectify the problem but instead of following that logical course you keep posting more of the same crap ... really leads one to question why doesn't it?

IASBet is now part of Sportsbet Australia which in turn is owned by PaddyPower (Ireland). Stay away. Low limits. Just like all the other UK bookmakers eg Stan James, Victor Chandler, BetFred, William Hill. Complete waste of time. Big upfront bonuses to suck you in and then they treat you like crap if you win.
