    Tipico withdrawal

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with Tipico? Without going in to too much detail (for now), I deposited 40 euros and made an 80 euro profit - so 120 in my account. The messages on Tipico stated clearly I could withdraw the full 120 euros, but whenever I tried it stated that the amount is more than the amount Im able to withdraw (despite several clear messages stating otherwise). I then got a message saying I cannot withdraw more than the amount deposited (40 euros) at any one time. So I thought ok, 3 lots of 40 euros. I tried 40 and it worked, great! But, I have not been able to withdraw anything since (80 euros in my balance)!

I emailed them 7 days ago, no response. Now, they have not requested any documents but there is a section you can upload on. So I have sent drivers license and Utility bill, which automatically changed the withdrawal messages to - Before we can issue a withdrawal these two proof of identities are required. I don't know whether that was a wise or unwise move, but I was totally snookered so I needed to do something. There is another document I can upload (not requested, but one of the 3 options) a bank statement of the deposit. But that will take 10 days to arrive.

Would anyone advise me to upload that when it comes? And has anyone else had experience with this bookmaker? I feel very frustrated with no communication and backward messages on the withdrawal sections.

Just send more emails. It will work, trust me. It's sometimes their habit not to see some emails. Just send more and send when it's a workday.

Right, both my documents have been approved, great...got an additional email "We are pleased to inform you that the initial verification process of your Tipico betting account has been completed successfully."

Great again! BUT, it has made no difference to the withdrawal message Im getting...

Your current tipico credit balance is:
    80,00 €

Blocked amount (Not to be withdrawn):
    0,00 €

    Amount available:
    80,00 €

How much funds do you wish to withdraw?

Your withdrawal request is larger than the amount available for withdrawal.

I have now emailed them as ardacet8 suggested, but given I haven't received a response from my previous two emails, what am I supposed to do now - just sit back and hope an unlikely email arrives?

It is bloody inconsiderate of this website. Honestly, if I had spent as much effort in the workplace as I had on this issue, I would be paid more than 80 euros.

At what point do people think I should consider a complaint through this site?

    Advice welcome

Im getting nowhere with this, I want to fill a complaint form on here, but one of the fields on the form asks for the Account # Im guessing this is my account number for the sportsbook? Where on earth is it? I can't find it on the Tipico website or in my emails, does anyone know where I can obtain this?

you started a thread over $80 euros?

i had $4100.00 being held by william hill for two weeks and never started a thread

try to withdraw $40.00 euros again and definately lees than the $80.00

many places only allow one free withdrawal a month so when you try to take out your remaining balance the computer automatically denies the request because it exceeds, with the withdrawal fee, what remains in your account

when you place a bet at matchbook their system will automatically deny a bet if you dont factor in your pending commmisions.

you really dont need to be getting this uptight over $80.00 euros.

I've tried all kinds of values. There is no option for a withdrawal charge. There is a message that states all withdrawals are free, unless you withdraw more than 3 times in a week.

I'm pleased that 80 euros isn't a lot for you. The principal here is that there is absolutely no communication from Tipico, Im getting messages that make absolutely no sense at all, and if I play the waiting game then I could be waiting for the rest of my life. I need to do something.

    Get away from that book as it is very small time and unprofessional;

Very interestig case. Maybe they have some rule that you can wd initial deposit and cannot make further wds for 2-3 weeks or a month.
Why dont you place some bets and then try to wd. Maybe you have some requirements attached to your account.

maybe you have not rollovered at least once your deposit ? I made a deposit at tipico , placed some bets and later asked for a withdrawal without rollovering at least once my deposit , they returned the money back at my account. After i rollovered at least once my deposit ,i made a withdrawal and everything went good.

hmm, its as good a theory as any. I have made 120 out of a single 40 euro deposit though, so it would have to be over two times. It doesn't state anywhere that I need to do this. I've looked through all the terms and conditions and...well just about everything, there is nothing that indicates any of this makes sense. Just wish they would reply to me - I've sent 4 messages now.

Well, I've tried everything to withdraw again today, usual blocks, until I tried 79.99 euros on bank transfer. Suddenly that is open to me for some reason. So It has confirmed a payout to my bank account which I have just manually filled out. Bonkers! Fingers crossed now there are no snags, will probably take a while to go through via this method.
