called - was told in last phases of correcrtion to problem before trying online connection out.

while i was not able to get in directly using www,wagerchief.com---i was able to get in thru sbr link in the reviews

Wagerchief, i.e. the poster here, was very generous in resolving this issue. Won't share the details, because I don't want to put poster BetPhoenix in a tough spot, but I'm happy with the way this was resolved. All I will say is that it involved value.
