No, they are solid but limits start low and they will boot you quickly if you beat them.

Reload bonuses are not common with European bookies, can´t think off any of the top of my head.

Most US facing books do offer them and pretty much all accept European players (albeit some countries might be blacklisted).

Sorry, but on principle I will not help you any further. Bonus hunting, or the effect of it at least, is a bad thing for the industry.
